Request for Proposals for
Drought Plan Facilitation
Lincoln County Conservation District (LCCD) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and organizations (Respondent) to facilitate and otherwise assist LCCD with developing a local drought planning and preparedness plan for the municipalities of Franklin, Lincoln, Adams and Grant Counties.
Specifics on responding to this solicitation can be found in the full RFP which can be obtained via this document. Responses are due no later than 4:00 p.m. PMT on Thursday, October 31, 2024; must meet the requirements outlined in the complete RFP notice; and be delivered to the following address:
