Volunteer

The District is always looking for volunteers! From high school senior projects to adults helping to implement a conservation practice, we accept all types of volunteers.

The Davenport Community Garden Renovation is completed. If you would like to volunteer for this project, please contact Valerie Vissia at V.Vissia@conservewa.net or 509-725-4181 ext. 100.

During our annual Tree & Shrub Sale, we are always looking for volunteers to help us pack tree orders, retrieve orders, and ensure the sale runs smoothly. If you would like to help at this year’s sale in March, please contact Dean at the District office.

Each year the District holds 6th Grade Conservation Day, 6th grade students from each town in Lincoln County meet to listen to various conservation subjects, including wildlife safety from the Department of Fish and Wildlife, fire safety from the Bureau of Land Management, and how weather works from the National Weather Service. If you would like to help with this years 6th Grade Conservation Day, please contact the District office.
