Wildfire Hazard Reduction

Explaination of Roadside fuel breaks  - how they protect habitat for sage grouse and also provides defensible space for land owners

The goal of the program is to reduce the spread of wildfire though high fire potential areas. This program is 100% funded by a BLM grant. This program will provide protection against your home and property, as well has help local firefighters reach wildfire and work to stop the spread.

If you would like to participate in the program, please read over the Landowner Agreement Brochure, and fill out the attached application form and return to the District.
